All technical characteristics of the material are confirmed by Certificates of Standard Institutes
Israel, Europe, Canada, Moldova.
Certificates can be found in the representative office of the plant.
The durability of the facade depends on this.
Usually facades are either painted, plastered, or faced with natural materials.
Paint holds up on the facade no more than 4 years, plaster (any) - no more than 7 years (at best). Natural material as such and its installation is very expensive and, in addition, this type of cladding requires a setting of special traps on the floors of high-rise buildings, so that a torn off fragment of the wall does not fall on someone's head.
SMART STONE material:
1. It will never come off the wall. To tear off the plastered material from the wall after drying it’s necessary to exert a force of 0.5 Mpa /cm2 or 51 tons per m2 (!) In other words, Smart Stone has tremendous adhesion (adhesion test done in the Knauf laboratory) so there is no need to build special fences on the building to catch the falling tiles. They just don't fall.
2. has a very small weight (1m2 weighs only 2 kg)
3. has been tested with unaltered results for 100 freeze/thaw cycles (see certificate) and has warranty of 50 years on the facade.
4. Light weight and high adhesion make it wind pressure resistant even when windage increases with the height of the building. "SMART STONE" material can be used on skyscrapers!
